Trips and Outings

We have enjoyed many successful visits and day trips organised by our trip organiser Bunny.

In the last twelve months, it has been arranged for us to visit a variety of locations including the Naval Museum within the dockyard

In spring, several members usually join other WI’s in our Group for the annual Snowdrop Walk which is followed by refreshments. In August we have our Summer Outing and have enjoyed a variety of different visits to venues both local and far afield, such as Bodmin Jail and the Bodmin Steam Railway, Bicton Park followed by a horse drawn barge trip on the canal at Tiverton and Knighthayes Court. This year we enjoyed a trip to the National Trust property at Kingston Lacy in Dorset, which was enjoyed by 40 of our members (and some husbands).
